
Get to work- ok, ok-
GET off the couch and do something active today!- it was a long weekend and I know many of you were drinking partying and taking in empty calories- its a part of life ( I was apart of it also) but the difference is while your sitting there talking about how hung-over or how you feel like crap what you really need to do to feel better is to sweat those toxins out. So GET your ASS UP and Move Somethin'!
