
Living a healthy life is crucial to the longevity and quality of one's life. Some people think that they would never see themselves working out find it to be interesting and stress relieving at the same time. What we are finding out in new studies across the globe is that Proper Exercise is preventative health care. The person who works out is less likely need phamaceutical aid to fix their ailing; back, depression, knees, restless legs or what other crap that they are pushing out there. The are pushers except the FDA allows them to be (unfortunately). We we've come to understand is that the work you do NOW in the gym- will BE your fountain of youth. It will keep you mobile when your 90, or help prevent Osteoprosis so that when you fall you dont break your hip. Dont be fooled people- the process starts NOW; not tommorrow
As many people may push this aside, please understand that We're are in the business of saving people's lives and this is what a GREAT (not Good) Trainer should be focused on. ( Not how much $$$ they can charge, or how Good they look in the mirror) Reasonable training should be priced reasonably to be able to help the people in need, specialty training such as Athletic or more along the lines physical therapy should be charging what they are worth. Health is the BESt gift you can give to anyone in this world. Everything else sucks if you cant enjoy it!!!!
