Im BAAAAAACK!!!


Yooooo i know its been a minute but Ive been in the physical world kickin asses and keeping people in shape. I am lucky and so blessed to be able to do this for a living. it shows in my attitude when Im working and in my personal time working out. I offer the gift of life to people who may not have been able to enjoy it otherwise. and No Im not Jesus or am I claiming to be but if I could live like that guy I would. So my mind is constantly zooming through great ideas of helping people learn how to get healthier and live more productive lives. Soon i will be using a medium to help people on a larger scale which would be so more affordable to the people who need it most- I am so exstatic about this new project!!!!!!!!i dont want to reveal it just yet until its completely done with all the legal stuff (copywritten, patent pending) Then I push it out there to everyone interested in changing their health, improving bad habits and make people more cognisant of taking care of them selves

The Art of Motivation

People are motivated by many different things. Desire to change certain aspects of one's life, shameless narcissism, Wanting for change anyway it may come, Peace of Mind, Appraisal, Structure, Happiness are just to name a few. But what are the key trigger points in understanding how to motivate each individual client?- Some clients expect their Trainer to yell and Scream at them the whole time,

others feel what truly motivates them is that finding what they desire to achieve or change in their lives. But in order to truly motivate to clients to become not just physically strong but emotionally strong. Deciphering one's true motives for wanting the change will ensure success. Sometimes we as a people take a positive emotion to become fuel for the fire to make the change in our lives. Some people need the negative feed back so they can turn their fear or anger into the fuel. Quick analogy; "A Car without Fuel is going nowhere"- if this is true, is a person just spinning their wheels when they ask how long will it take to loose the 50lbs I put on. (My usual sarcastic response-"The Rest of Your Life Buddy!')- i usually get some evil looks when i say that. I quickly explain that I am not trying to be mean..........I'm trying to teach the individual that this is A LIFESTYLE Change! not just a momentary thing. Another analogy;" You wouldn't stop brushing your teeth everyday right!, well then you need to do something active everyday!"
It is not an easy process to change bad habits. These habits probably have been passed down to you from generations of under estimating how important all of this is. But this is not an excuse- nor a reason to COP-out. "Be the change you want to see"... ( i forgot who said it) Find your epiphany or breaking point wherever that may lie in your journey of life and make that a focal point of reference. And You will succeed in reaching your goals

Living a healthy life is crucial to the longevity and quality of one's life. Some people think that they would never see themselves working out find it to be interesting and stress relieving at the same time. What we are finding out in new studies across the globe is that Proper Exercise is preventative health care. The person who works out is less likely need phamaceutical aid to fix their ailing; back, depression, knees, restless legs or what other crap that they are pushing out there. The are pushers except the FDA allows them to be (unfortunately). We we've come to understand is that the work you do NOW in the gym- will BE your fountain of youth. It will keep you mobile when your 90, or help prevent Osteoprosis so that when you fall you dont break your hip. Dont be fooled people- the process starts NOW; not tommorrow
As many people may push this aside, please understand that We're are in the business of saving people's lives and this is what a GREAT (not Good) Trainer should be focused on. ( Not how much $$$ they can charge, or how Good they look in the mirror) Reasonable training should be priced reasonably to be able to help the people in need, specialty training such as Athletic or more along the lines physical therapy should be charging what they are worth. Health is the BESt gift you can give to anyone in this world. Everything else sucks if you cant enjoy it!!!! GET off the couch and do something active today!- it was a long weekend and I know many of you were drinking partying and taking in empty calories- its a part of life ( I was apart of it also) but the difference is while your sitting there talking about how hung-over or how you feel like crap what you really need to do to feel better is to sweat those toxins out. So GET your ASS UP and Move Somethin'!
